We're looking for an energetic and hard working Track Hire Co-ordinator to join our Track Hire sales team at Brands Hatch motor racing circuit.
You will assist in the planning and organisation of the varied events held across the MSV Group of circuits, including trackdays, private testing, vehicle launches, product demonstration and training and filming activities.
Working with external clients and MSV in-house departments, you have a key role in the administration and preparation of track hire activities across all six circuits. Roles and responsibilities will include creating and checking contracts and collating and checking health and safety, insurance and operational documentation.
To be successful in the role you'll need a broad base of skills. You'll need excellent written and spoken English skills, and experience of working within a fast-paced department with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, working both under your own initiative and as part of the wider team. You must be comfortable dealing with a significant amount of admin work, requiring accuracy and good presentation at all times. This requires good organisational ability and a strong attention to detail.
You'll have strong Outlook, Excel and Word skills and be confident in communicating with clients both face to face and over the telephone.
Ideally the candidate will have previous experience within the automotive, motorsport or events industry but this is not essential. A health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH or equivalent would also be advantageous.
Due to the location of our site, a valid driving licence and/or your own transport is essential.
