Purchase Ledger ClerkBrands Hatch

We have an opportunity for a motivated and hardworking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Accounts team at Brands Hatch, head office for MSV who are the UKs largest motor racing circuit operator.

Working with the Accounts Controller, you'll be responsible for making sure the Purchase Ledger accurately reflects the contracted purchases of the Company.

Main duties will include:

  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Monitoring the ledger accounts inbox
  • Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Preparing BACS payments
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Filing invoices

You'll have strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, have the ability to work within a team as well as under your own initiative and be able to confront and solve problems promptly.  Being IT literate in Microsoft Office and computerised finance systems is essential, we use Navision so experience in that would be ideal.

This fast paced role operates across five motor racing circuits and will suit a candidate with previous experience in Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger or Credit Control.
