Gearing up for the new season at Snetterton Race Circuit

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join the Catering team at our Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit for the 2021 race season. 

KITCHEN ASSISTANTS

Assisting our resident Chef, the successful candidates will help produce tasty, traditional meals of a high quality for the busy Tyrrells restaurant. Knowledge of and qualification to current food hygiene standards is preferred, though full training may be offered to the right candidates.

Ideally, applicants will have experience of working within a professional catering environment and be used to maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area. Additionally, they will need to be friendly and outgoing with an ability to communicate at all levels. 

FRONT OF HOUSE

Assist in serving food and making beverages, ensuring the seating area is clean and tidy and tables cleared and available. Help set up the restaurant. Support the chefs to ensure they are prepared for service. Help clear down after a busy breakfast or lunch so restaurant and kitchens are ready for the following day.

BAR STAFF

The ideal candidates will have experience of working behind a busy bar. They will have excellent customer service skills, be friendly and outgoing, with an ability to communicate at all levels.

Experience preferred, but not essential as training would be given to the right candidates.  This position requires excellent customer care skills.

Due to the nature of the business, all candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours and be willing to work evenings and weekends.
