The Estates and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the entire venue, including the race circuit, public areas, buildings and utilities, to ensure the highest standards of presentation and serviceability for our customers, who attend every day and particularly at the numerous major national and international motor racing events.

The Estates and Maintenance Manager manages a team of 20 personnel including Maintenance, Venue Cleaning and Security.  They also have responsibility for managing a continual programme of improvements to the venue.   Estate, venue or facilities management experience is essential and a previous involvement with the events industry would be advantageous, as well as previous motorsport experience (but not essential).
