Automotive Festival Events ManagerBrands Hatch

We're seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee the creation, evolution and on-site management of MSV-brand themed events at its world-famous venues: Brands Hatch in Kent, Donington Park in Leicestershire, Oulton Park in Cheshire, Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire and Snetterton in Norfolk. 

Working directly with the Group Head of Sales and Marketing and the existing MSV event teams, you will lead a department focused on the strategic development of a range of innovative and interactive own-brand events, including the established and successful American SpeedFest and Mini Festival. 

You will also devise and introduce a number of entirely new events to the circuits' calendars, including family-oriented and music festival events, themed car and bike shows and mass participation cycling and running events. 

You will have proven experience of managing and running complex events to strict budgets, knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to event management, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be a great leader, ready to inspire your team to work hard, learn fast and deliver the highest quality events in this sector.
