An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Hospitality Manager to join the Operations team at Brands Hatch race circuit. 

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of C&E events at the venue to include, but not limited to, corporate driving events, conferences, banquets, seasonal parties, manufacturer events and race day hospitality, with focus on first class customer service, innovative creativity and impeccable attention to detail.

The Hospitality Manager will demonstrate emotional intelligence, able to nurture and inspire junior members of the team to consistently deliver high standards.  They will be a strong and effective communicator, able to provide and build positive relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.

Working as part of the Operations team, the role will be varied and diverse necessitating a broad base of skills.  A significant amount of weekend and evening working will be required.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and energetic and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.  They will have previous front of house experience in the hotel/venue, conferencing or events industry.  A health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH or equivalent would also be advantageous, although not essential.
