We are currently looking for a Head Chef to
lead the kitchen team serving Garage 39, our exciting new
cafeteria-style restaurant located at the hub of the action in the
main paddock and pits area.
The Head Chef will be responsible for producing a variety of tasty, wholesome dishes of a high standard for our 300+ seater cafeteria-style restaurant. Applicants will need to have experience of working within a professional catering environment, and be accustomed to coping with high volume service.
They must be conversant with food hygiene regulations and Health and Safety legislation, stock control, and menu budgeting. Maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area should be second nature and a friendly and outgoing personality with an ability to manage kitchen staff and communicate at all levels is essential.
Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to working hours as the busiest times for the venue are weekends and Bank Holidays.
