An excellent opportunity has
arisen for a bright, hard working Part-Time Administrator to join
the MSV Motorsport Events and MSVR (MotorSport Vision Racing)
department, based at Brands Hatch.
MSVR is one of the leading motorsport event organisers in the country, running more than 30 race meetings annually and administering over 20 championships and series.
Role duties will include:
General admin support and assistance for the Motorsport Events department and MSVR
Being the main point of contact in the office when the MSVR team are at events
Collating information for event programmes
Liaising with racing clubs and championship coordinators/promoters
Distribution of tickets and passes to racing clubs and competitors
Preparation, distribution and collation of race event paperwork
Assisting with updating the MSV and MSVR websites with the latest information
Ideal working hours for the successful candidate will be 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 10.00 am to 6.00pm on Friday.
All applicants should be educated to a minimum of A-level standard or equivalent and possess excellent written and spoken English. Accuracy and good presentation will be required at all times, and they will be highly organised, demonstrate strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills, and be comfortable with data inputting.
An interest in motorsport is very much preferred, but not essential.
The successful candidate will have a full driving licence. He or she must be a team player and have good interpersonal skills.
