An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright, energetic and hard working individual to join Donington Park race circuit as the Venue Administrator. 

As a key part of the venue operations team, you will provide administrative support within a unique and dynamic working environment. 

This is a varied role providing general administrative support across the circuit team including helping in the procurement of goods and services, seeking quotations and issuing paperwork, managing purchase orders, keeping various maintenance and health & safety records up to date and dealing with general enquiries in a polite and professional manner.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.  A smart, professional appearance, a friendly outgoing manner and positive outlook are required.

You will need to be comfortable working within a fast paced department which deals with a large volume of admin work, requiring accuracy and good presentation at all times, be highly organised and able to demonstrate strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills and comfortable with data inputting and multi tasking.  Knowledge of and enthusiasm for motorsport would be an advantage.

Usual office hours for this role are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 and due to the nature of the business, some weekend working may be necessary to assist with events.
