We're looking for a highly organised, efficient and experienced PA to work directly with our Group Operations and Engineering Manager. With involvement in race circuit management, operation and development across seven venues, corporate motorsport events and motor racing championships, the challenges are plentiful and the role is busy and varied.
You will be based at Bedford Autodrome with some travel around other MSV venues.
The role will include working directly alongside the Group Operations and Engineering Manager when he is at the office at Bedford Autodrome, and supporting him remotely whilst he is working at other MSV venues. There will also be some ad-hoc administrative tasks supporting the wider Bedford Autodrome and MSV teams.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to thrive working in a fast moving, often hectic environment and will need to be conscientious, hardworking and able to adapt to changing demands, sometimes at short notice.
Ideally, you will be educated to A-level standard and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a senior administration role. Excellent written and spoken English are essential as well as a high level of competency in Microsoft Word and Excel. An interest in motor sport, or some experience in that area, or mechanical or civil engineering fields would be most advantageous.
A competitive salary package is available to someone fully committed to the role.
The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30-18:00 but some flexibility around this will be essential.
